Just a quick, celebratory post about my second country: International Living named Cuenca, Ecuador as the #1 place to retire to outside the U.S.A.Eleven years ago, I lived in Ecuador. I have been Quiteña de Corazón ever since. In fact, I'm going to break down and finally buy the T-shirt.
I'm happy to see that Ecuador continues to impress for good reasons. It's a lovely country, with wonderful people, and great things to offer.
Such as no mosquitoes, at least if you live in the Andes portion of the country!
